This is a monthly online group whereby we discuss a different theme each month. Each theme relates to some aspect of the human condition, and discussions are often therapeutic though this is not formally a therapy group. Creative expression is encouraged, and all forms of art are welcome. If you’d like to join send me a brief message, we’ll discuss in a it more detail and I’ll share the next month’s theme.

“Faith is the bird that feels the light when the dawn is still dark.”

“Faith is the bird that feels the light when the dawn is still dark.”

Participants explored this in very different ways:

*memories of childhood belief

*reflections on religion and identity

*movement pieces about uncertainty

*songs about hope

*collage work around trust and doubt

These interpretations became the starting point for deeper discussion and reflection.
